Hello,Anyone here a non resident investing in real estate and has figured out how to protect themselves from estate taxes (40% of value).I want to keep buying real estate portfolios but want to figure this out if anyone has done it or can connect me to someone who has.Thank you

maybe I am over thinking this and her asking 200 isn't bad, but I really don't want her to see me as someone who will just give credit all the time, because my margins are thin already on the property and I typically invest a lot into making a place nice for people. 

But for those reading along**  Hunter's experience is NOT typical.

(HELOC was tended for investing but went bad and now just paying interest for nothing.
