I'll get lucky on the MLS every once in a while (my last house had 18 bids or so, but I learned a few tricks from losing previous bids that worked this time), and occasionally I'll get off market opportunities through my property manager or other contacts that I've made over time.While it takes longer to find a place, the upside is it allows me to build up my reserves to have more options when something does come along.

Alex, beyond Amazon, Cleveland has a ton to offer, prices have been going up consistently over the past few years, we still have room to grow, a lot of exciting things hga[[ening around town, we are not your simple one trick pony : ) 

I would like to focus on rentals & flips, but I am open to learning all tricks of the trade as well. 

I also do the chair rail trick mentioned above but simply because then I can paint the bottom 42” that generally are the only place that show wear... means I paint in less than half the time.

Google images can only get you so far and listing pictures are going to be shot from good angles and other tricks to make it look better without actually misrepresenting.

The old changing name trick seems to be something of concern in my experience.

In fact, many of them require one or multiple semesters in a higher education course to truly grasp the subjects.This isn't to say that you can't learn the basics in a couple days, or even learn some tips and tricks to help you get some deals done.
