I would suggest setting strict screening criteria to steer away applicants who would just be wasting your time and also to make sure you receive the most qualified tenant to protect your investment.

We love Fl in winter but every one we meet is over run by extra permits and stalked by code enforcement trolls.This is almost a joke, we're taking a walk, a guy is adding a couple screws to a window, A passing car pulls up a block away and hides taking pictures .. weird
