Often times there will be one or two brokers in your specific area of interest that will specialize in foreclosures.

There are some that manage city wide, but I have found the better ones seems to specialize in more specific areas.

Remember there are some people that specialize in this type of complication so if you end up trying to figure it out, the better you can understand what you are getting into, the "safer" it will be.
