What do you expect will happen going forward, esp with the vaccination drives underway and urban rental markets perhaps tightening a bit?

I saw it as a controlling path system of society to fit in a box when I am an outside of the box thinker and innovator.   

Our prices are within range for an urban market but we work in a 50 mile diameter between the 2 of us. .

A lot of people and capital leaving urban core areas and migrating out to the suburbs.

People here are from every segment of society and it reflects that.

For the location, it is great that you are willing to give up our urban lifestyle temporarily.
