It's not difficult to find financing solutions for your next property, you don't have any capital so why would there be financing solutions?

Every so often I have heard people say they have found tax lien/deed lending, but I think that is pretty rare and not widely available.   

You need a property with unique features worthy of the investment, I.E attached garage or partial finished ____ so you're not starting from scratch.

I paid cash, because it was going to move fast... so I thought.1.

I'm currently looking for more resources so I can see how real people are finding and closing real deals and what are realistic and possible cap rates and cash on cash rates.
