I am not sure I can express it.The smart thing to do is to look for other employment before quitting one's job but I really do not have a choice.

I am a new investor, yet to complete my first deal but I have a question that pops in my head every so often when I am reading an investing book or article or listening to a podcast....If everyone says smart investors are looking for that 1 great deal out of every 100 that are on the market, who is buying the other 99??

I appreciate that :) I tried posting the app and text conversation so folks could get a good sense of what went down, but for whatever reason it wont let me "Attach" anything....I thought it was my device but when I tried a different source the same thing Happened....

Consistency and persistence are not easy for all but is what I know to be some of the key factors to success.Giving yourself the option to close deals in a multitude of ways is very smart, but it wont be nearly as effective if you don't get many leads coming your way.

Question, be sides my partner and I savings and day job, would it be smart to borrow 10-12k from fed loans for school which I will get, to invest in a profitable 3-4 unit in my area.  

Reason Harry is rich is because he's smart, he won't buy a 100K property for 144K!
