Recommendation either go with multiple bedroom size to equal out what a quadruplexes would be.

My goal is to own a fairly decent size portfolio, absolutely no less then 5 units in the next 5 years.

Education in the space can be hard to come by without decent sized coaching price tags sometimes.

You can cut any window sizes you want to fit.

There's plenty of homes that are worth LESS than the identically-sized vacant lots next to them.

Ordering a bunch for our campaign and curious what others have found are the best sizes to use.
