@Joe VilleneuveI agree, without an inspection to let you know about the solidarity of each aspect of this house (I.E, if there’s wood rot from leaks causing the sup in the floor or something else causing the shift, expenses may outweigh your rental cash flow and put you under at least temporarily

Of course this can be shifted based on your price, marketing, etc.Houston has some areas that are being redeveloped, and other areas that are growing.The Heights & Bellaire are being redeveloped.

Jason,I have been seeing a big trend in policy shift going that way to requiring a pre-qualify for cash offers.Was told it is due to a large volume of "cash offers" having no cash.

I don't really know.But 3 years as primary if you don't want to have to pay it back.Second - going from a pimp pad to a dorm room is quite the mental shift - I would think through living with college kids - but then again I am 41 and way past that party stage :)
