The yard is large so I will be installing a shed so once I move out I can have tenants take care of the yard work.

When you get into the investors arena competent brokers that are willing to do the work are hard to find but they are worth their weight in gold when you find one.  

But none of those were fastened to the roof surface, the weight holding things in place. 

The CPI is weighted heavily with housing as a big factor.

How do we know it won't decompose in 30 years and fall down and kill entire neighborhoods of people (ala. the aluminum wiring fiasco).If you're concerned about carbon, what about the extra weight of transporting this stuff (extra diesel fuel burned) and the extra forklifts that will be required on the job site to handle these heavy palate loads of blocks.

This would be a dangerous place to put structures because they would be most prone to having all the weight of water (which is heavy along with the motion of the water which is heavier) if you put RV pads or yurts they might be a total loss if they are truly in a floodway (where the motion of the water is).

Finding your investing strategy is the first step to determining which metric you place the most weight on.

There are companies that specialize in exactly this and can be worth their weight in gold!  

When its all done this entire yard will stay with the house.The is the packing shed that had to come down.

Personally I agree and put little to no weight on active comps.
