You will prolly get a lot of questions from pet owners since many are not familiar with the programIn today's environment, just accepting dogs is a big plus, so I don't think you need to offer a discount.

And I offered my opinion that such discriminatory programs are the result of shameless vote-buying by our elected officials.I have no inclination or even present opportunity to disobey this regulation.

You will also experience low-turnover, maximizing your returns.1-3 are critically important as the answers will have a tremendous impact on the quality of your life as an investor over the long-term.Back to your question...If you have a provide a good product for your customer, your turnover will be low.If you provide a bad product for your customer, your turnover will be high (ex. providing having a single yuppie tenant move into your SFR property in the burbs...likely not a good fit as they will move out in a year to live in the city/more urban environment)

You'll need a reliable contractor that is familiar with that type of environment and understands Sec8 guidelines in reference to upkeep and repairs.

If anyone has any advice for me, specifically on additions to the list above and around MA regulations / challenges that make the wholesaling process different here than the process outlined in most of the BP forums / podcasts, please let me know!
