My company, Real Wealth, has been working with Invest5S for 1.5 years now.

I’m new to real estate and looking to get started, I’ve watched a lot of videos and a lot say to start out wholesaling.

I quit my job in tech a couple of months ago and I'm excited to pivot into real estate investing. 

Because the backyards are so small, even a single dog is hard on the real grass (concentration of urine in a small area scalds the grass).

Another great resource is AVL Meetup, which is a large monthly gathering with speakers, great networking opportunities, and a real estate focus.

Hello everyone,I am pretty new to real estate.

I always associated the background/credit check with them being on the lease, but I guess this doesn't have to be the case. 

I work at a Warehouse Developer that builds from ground up, then rents them out and manages everything so I get to see a lot of sides of Real Estate. 

Can someone help me wrap my head around this with real numbers? 

I have begun to collect and really learn more about the art of Bourbon and have taken a break from reading books about  Real Estate for a few months to reset a little and have dove head first in to the world of bourbon.
