I just recently purchased my 4th multi-family property this summer and now I am debating what my next step should be.

In my tests, at least, a service contract like a listing would automatically end, but a purchase contract should be honored by the estate unless the court decides it shouldn’t.

Hi Riyanka, I am don't have any contractors that I could recommend, however I would be able to assist with getting you set up with a lender who can provide the purchase and rehab as well as the cash-out when rehab has been completed.

The market is tight right now, with higher interest rates, limited inventory, and high purchase prices making acquisitions challenging.

Understood that DIYing something that I don't do and saving $7 per month (that I'm charging the buyer for anyways) could blow up in my face if there are unforseen results in this process.   

I'm  Bethany from New Jersey, just learning and breaking into real estate investing and hopeful to purchase my first short term rental property within the next 6 months.   

Bankruptcy is not a viable option in our scenario and we don't want to stop the process.

The property was purchased through a LLC so a conventional loan isn't an option for us.
