Peter Morgan Redfin “insights” a way to scare sellers!

Hello,I often do come across Redfin insights on homes on sale these insights are different from the listing description and their written comments specifically highlight all the pros and cons of a listed home and if the emphasis is more on the cons of a listing it may as well negatively impact the sale price of home.The buyer does his due diligence anyways but this added commentary from a third party nowhere related to the sales proceedings can make prospective buyers prejudiced even before they come and see the property.

My state says that Real estate brokerage means a single, multiple, or continuing act of dealing in time shares or options, selling or offering for sale, buying or offering to buy, negotiating the purchase, sale, or exchange of real estate, engaging in property management, leasing or offering to lease, renting or offering for rent, or referring or offering to refer for the purpose of securing prospects, any real estate or the improvements thereon for others for a fee, compensation, or other valuable consideration Like I said, I am not acting for others, as I am acting for myself and I am not charging a fee to market the property for the other owners because I intend to make money on the spread.
