The folks I asked generally had positive things to say; although neither of them did business with the subject company.

I want to put myself into an entity for this position because I plan on writing off education expenses, necessary travel, etc.

I only make $85 per month positive cash flow, one good thing is that my HOA fees on that property are not that high and I have not been hit with any assessments.

The need/desire to help out my family and myself financially has me set in that position.
