Parents have their personal mobile home parked in their rental unit.

My siblings and I would like to purchase my parents house so they could retire.

I should have kept the first home I ever had (it would be paid for by now), my second home (it would be paid for by now), my late grandfather's house, my parents old house, etc.....  

I have a client of mine that is qualified for an FHA mortgage and I happen to have a friend who owns a property he inherited from his parents. 

My parents are refinancing their home to pay a whopping 2.25% interest.
