How can I structure this deal - Wholesaling to a retail buyer

It seems that I have a pretty good opportunity in front of me if I can structure it properly. I have a client of mine that is qualified for an FHA mortgage and I happen to have a friend who owns a property he inherited from his parents. The client with the FHA mortgage is very interested in the property. He wants me to definitely get paid in this situation so no issues on either side there. Normally, I would just say put a contract and assign it to the buyer, however I believe FHA does not allow that. I'm used to dealing with cash buyers. Any help would be much appreciated.
