This is the definition of a paint and carpet rehab and I anticipate about 15k in repairs to get the property ready to sale or about 5k if getting it ready to rent.  

I meant to add that if there was anyone that has experience in this space that I welcome your feedback, tips, advise.

Don’t think because you have fancy counters , recessed lighting or nice paint layout that you will get one dollar more in rents than the other houses on the same block
