I've been doing a lot of legwork like organizing the LLC, setting up funding, bank accounts, etc. so that when I can start looking at properties again I will be prepared to make an offer.

It is very large group that recently became part of a very large holding organization with total yearly revenues of $900M. 

I will also send them a list of organizations that could help struggling people with food and rent in the area.

Would consider adding stone/brick pavers, concrete or doing a wood platform.
