I only accept direct deposit, pay online or pay through pay pal.

Is there a way that you could have the tenants pay online and then it is all just deposited right into the investors account?

Finally I believe a lot of Florida county recorders and courts have pretty good online resources, so be sure to check those too.

I realize this thread is old, but I would suggest you file your own paperwork with the state (easy) and consider putting together your own operating agreement (there are plenty of examples to start from for many different cases - search online).If you get to the point where you feel over your head, ask your attorney to review.

Don't go by what the seller "thinks/remembers" look at the documents and recordings in the clerk of court, available online.

I'd eventually like to get away from that and move to the more formal option of the online form/email for maintenance requests, but either way once we receive the request we use an application called GQueues for tracking.

And again, if that's you're objective I'd do that as a separate project with a different mobile.
