You should call your county courts office that handles the online data and get the correct search parameters.

There are also some "online" based banks that do non conforming loans for a little as 10% down.

With that being said i want to get a real estate licence  my question is where to get an affordable and quality education, I have a full time job so time is a sensitive matter im leaning towards an online program can any one recommend an institute?

We would never, ever substitute an online service for an experienced local attorney.

Being apartments, i.e. commercial, I expect them to appreciate as I improve Net Operating Income (NOI) by bringing vacant apartments back online; but I do not expect any appreciation from a general market improvement.
