Hi. 1st time investor here, hoping to put together some deals very soon. I found a
FSBO property online for $90K. My realtor friend pulled comps at $155-$175K. I left a message at the number given to see if it's still available. If it is, what next? The sales price v. comps has me baffled. Could it be to good to be true?
