Looking at the unit I see several positives and negatives. 

So far I have not received any negative feedback, only positive.

Not a negative thing necessarily, just interesting.

That brings more negative pressure on neighborhoods and the market in general but, more importantly, it cuts the heart out of the urban/suburban blight recovery (i.e. puts me out of business).Initially, I considered these investment companies as typical wholesalers (which are good for rehabbers because they bring them deals) but unlike "typical" wholesalers they want to make $10k to $15k on each house instead of $2k to $5k a "street-level" wholesaler would expect to make.

It would seem even with buy/hold you would be having too much negative cash flow every month on the house.

I believe that's statistically extremely unlikely.

Generally a busy street is considered a negative.

There has been a lot of negative publicity about scammers knocking on doors and posing as salesmen, utility workers, etc.

Also, he stated that some investors feel that having to make these disclosures and being held to a higher standard will negatively impact their business.
