Came across a dumpy little mobile home park today for sale for $47k.6 lots 5 with homes and one empty.  

Other apps have a higher entry level it seems. 

Is there any apps or online resources that support this?

And kudos to the web design team; great interface with the website and the iPhone app. 

I am wanting to learn about mobile home park investing over the next year.  

I found this on Craigslist and was interested to see what more experienced real estate investors (particularly with mobile homes) had to say about this add.

It would be my first time working with a mobile home and was wondering what sorts of things would be your conditions to take it on. 

As markets tighten up those with the cash will be able to tell contractors and suppliers alike " This is what I am willing to Pay Take it or leave it . " When times are tough both are more than willing to keep your business just to keep their doors open Unlike a few years ago when even your PET GOAT if he could at least make a Mark on a Mort App could buy a property .  

I am thinking of doing the mobile home lease-option deals as well as a bit of whole selling to investors in my professional network.
