My concern is that I don't want an issue with the buyer trying to make a deal with the seller directly; since they have address, pricing etc.,.

I might try and bluff with "after I reviewed the video" but otherwise you just have to decide about not renewing her lease or evicting.The concern with the eviction....on what grounds?

Chief among my concerns would probably be my ability to resell the thing, once improved and rented out.Thoughts?

Is it a good Idea to advise the seller I am a wholesaler, my concern is that I don't want to take the chance on loosing the chance to obtain a sellers contract.
