I was just wondering if anyone know where I can find a mentor here in Denver with out paying the crazy scam cost of some of the bootcamps put on you.

I've got one mentor already who has told me how to use the state records to find people that would be willing to wholesale their houses via All Inclusive Trust Deeds.

Im minimally involved in my local REIA but up to this point I don't have a mentor.

Hence I am immersing myself in real estate investing where my true passion has been since I completed a class project on the industry my junior year of college.
