Im new here and just starting out in real estate investments. I was just wondering if anyone know where I can find a mentor here in Denver with out paying the crazy scam cost of some of the bootcamps put on you.

@Bobby Trujillo To be honest with you, it's easy for you to ask for a mentor, but a very lot of work for someone to be a mentor. People that are successful have very busy lives, and unless they are specifically in need of a mentor, they're probably not going to take one on.

On the other hand. There are several BP members that are in your area. Do a search and see if there are any BP meetups in your area, and if so, go to them. In addition, search under Network at the top of the page and find members (though the problem with that is many members are "members" but they don't actually participate anymore)

Read some of the posts, ask questions, etc. There's a wealth of information from people in every conceivable niche of real estate, construction and many other things on BP. Free information of VERY EXPERIENCED people, in almost real time!

If you really must have someone overseeing you, consider finding a job in the real estate or construction industry. There's a multitude of positions where you can learn all kinds of information, and get paid while you do it. GOOD LUCK!
