Now that my client list is expanding and rentals aren't going as quick I need something to organize better and that goes out to more than 3 sites.I use Follow up boss but I'm trying to keep the rental side separate because I lose track of a lot when combined.Any low cost or free programs that meet my needs?

Any government that sells its liens has pretty much given up hope of ever collecting.

I started chasing doors and "cash flow" and I'm losing money and it's been a huge headache.

I'm here to build knowledge and hopefully find more great properties in my area. 

I'm looking into 1031 exchanges for a few of my properties and was hoping to find a qualified in the state of Florida to ask some questions about this program.

But again, if rather keep it simple and amass properties with a strategy I know than take more time learning something new and lose momentum.
