Using My Passive Income To Grow

Matthew A.
Posted

Hello All,
Matt Half G here.  Thanks for having me!  I'm here to build knowledge and hopefully find more great properties in my area.  I'm pretty handy and have helped build 3 houses for family and 1 on my own by myself. I live in that now. I am below 50k left on the loan.  my next steps I'm planning are a duplex/quadplex build on land I'm buying from family with an existing single family home already on it.  I'm also a veteran 100% P&T so i have a steady income and plan on taking advantage of my veterans home loan benefits for this project if possible, especially if there is a construction option.  Any advice for this project would be great!  Again, thanks for having me and I'm look forward to meeting you all.
