Ground up development especially larger projects is some of the riskiest investing you can do.

I want to get into larger multi-family deals and have been thinking about refinancing the property and taking out 200k for updates and reinvestment into a larger deal. 

I would like a separation of gas and electric, framing, dry wall and doors.

I especially like your idea of just letting everyone know about what you do or are doing with your business.

I have 44 doors now, will have 46 doors next month.
