Due to a lack of 4 plex sales in the area the appraiser had to go about 40 miles away to find comps that were not really comparable at all.  

At this stage we've already seen Amazon add in physical shutters or microphone cutoffs into all their shipping products and Apple's made "differential privacy" and on-device processing of data a strategic initiative to remove the ability of linking specific requests to a specific person.

We have FB, Alphabet, Apple, Adobe, PayPal, Salesforce, Genentech, Gilead, Visa, Tesla, Levi’s, Gap, eBay, Intuit, Twitter, Square, Snowflake, AirBnB, Intel, Nvidia, AMD etc etc etc.

The challenges on the lot or reason for the board's denial is lacking here and is very important. 6000 Sqft seems plenty large to build a house if it is all flat, dry and unimpeded.

As a first time investor going OOS and lacking experience with renovations/rehab, the process of figuring all of that out from afar is daunting and I feel like I'm never going to get comfortable with the prospect of doing that with my first REI.

Young people can have all the intelligence and motivation in the world, but they lack two things that most people will require before doing business with you: trust and credibility.It's not fair, I know.  

I have my own part to play in lack of due diligence in my purchase from Rent to Retirement that is now “managed” by East Street, but the service is terrible.

Our lack of experience with apartments leads us to believe that doing a smaller deal will allow us to use it as a hardened proof of concept before leaping into bigger deals.
