I'd recommend listening to BP podcasts, keep keyword alerts, search Forums to get started.

I am in the beginning stages of finding a good company that is also key word "affordable" to do a siding job on my rehab.

Next, set up your keyword alerts, with your city, wholesaling, and any other terms you'd like to be notified on when they are being discussed.
