Hi everyone, I'm a landlord in Massachusetts and I've been dealing with two separate housing authorities who administer my tenants section 8 vouchers and am getting conflicting information from them both regarding HUD rent limits. 

Each one is unique and very informative and presented in a way that anyone can understand.  

I'm impressed by the professionalism of the community as well as the depth of information and contacts available. 

I am also in need of experienced real estate investors who can coach me online about additional information i need to know also, but any help is welcome. 

I was informed that the tenants were on a month to month lease.  

A few days after getting the offer signed the seller contacted me & informed me that she just found out the courts don't recognize her as the executor because there wasn't anything in writing from her parents like a will stating her as the executor.

In reality the information can be learned by someone in about 15 hours, but state mandates require 75.

I tried to explain that I had a marketing list and that I don't know which "John" he is, so without further information I was likely to mail to him again.
