During the attempt to do the sewer scope, the sewer inspector saw that there was pooling sewage water from what he could see through this little door.

.- Inspectors are terrifying - they literally list dozens to hundreds of items and you have no idea what "moderate" means in the context of risk to your property.

It doesn't have the population growth and job growth as Midwest markets like Indianapolis and Kansas City so it's all about risk/reward.

You simply call the conservation inspectors out once its fixed to close out the violations.
