Basic rules of investing in any form.

I use Rocket City as my PM; I'd winnowed it down to them and Golden Rule...

Maybe they have improved but I doubt it.

Is there a general rule? 

I took a look at the post that was removed, and edited it so the advertising language is gone and reposted it.Also, the moderator who removed your post started those other advertising posts before he was a moderator - they're more than a year old and have since been removed from the site.Our rules can be a little tricky, but they boil down to: No advertising of any kind in the forums.

Are there any rules preventing this, or requirements like making a certain number of sales in the state I'm licensed in before I can transfer the license?

I live in Bayonne and have seen progress towards positive change since moving here (luxury apartment complexes, ferry, Costco, Military Ocean Terminal redevelopment, bike share, park improvements).

@Simon Chan Honestly we want something that is Ideally a B or C with room to improve and force appreciation.
