If you live in a car based city, I can’t imagine what a pain those logistics would be.All in all I got a lockbox on the fence and people text me when they need the code and it’s not actually all that hard to get money from it.

@Michael EalyWhen you start with huge disadvantages, and I think your analysis is very spot-on there about it for Millennials, there's more of a tendency to become institutionalized in tenant mentality, the mindset of people who pay rent and expect a certain amount of free maintenance versus people who pay a mortgage and understand maintenance is all on them.It's all well and good to imagine yourself taking on the many do-it-yourself maintenance challenges of home ownership at 25, 30, 35.

I imagine that less than half that say MF is the way to go has ever purchased a MF :(I just came back from a pinch fest where the group would let you in on their MF training for $23,000.

Imagine if your neighbor was waiting to get paid or waiting for someone to repair the fence because he/she didn't want to file a 2K claim because the deductible is probably half the amount of the claim?

@Ramon Mota that's unfortunate about what happened, I can imagine how difficult everything has been for you and your family and sorry for your loss.Since you are losing money every month there is really no reason to hold on like you are doing, however, there are probably a few things that you can do prior to doing a fire sale.
