What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Fannie explicitly allows transfers to LLCs when the loan originated after June 2016 and when the LLC is controlled by the original borrower (source: Fannie Mae Servicing Guide - D1-4.1-02, Allowable Exemptions Due to the Type of Transfer).

Better to have some type of protection and not need it , than need it and not have it .

What type of properties do you have in Seattle?

My house is in a very desirable Philly suburb - great schools, close to I-95, lots of Wall Street/LawFirm/ professional types.
