Looking to take the next step

Hey guys, my name is Zack Nelson and I live in Northeast Nebraska and own a single family rental home in the same area. 
I kind of lucked into my first rental property as I bought a house during COVID with a low interest rate and the intention to live in it for the foreseeable future. Shortly after purchasing my home, I got a great job opportunity in another town an hour away from where I lived. A friend of mine happened to own a home in the town where I started my new job. I moved in with him for cheap rent and decided to turn my house into a rental at the same time. 
The current rental I have has worked out great for the past 2 years. I am now looking  to purchase new properties and expand. I am excited to gain more knowledge, connect with other individuals within the industry, and take the next step in this journey!
