-Jennifer Hey Jennifer, hows the seasonality?

I have a few questions:- Since we may need to move to a different state for residency after medical school and I don't have experience with real estate, would you suggest a property management company, or does it not make sense to own a property that could potentially be out of state?

I will be making around $110,000 annually and have $20,000 in student loan debt. 

I can say, that I am very much happy to connect with co-lenders here.

If I wanted to move to Nashville and be an agent, what would some be that I needed to think about before making this decision.

I figured that was the case, but I've been just eyeballing the rents I can get via a FF local search and by how quickly I am getting bookings.

In the next few months, I'm looking to get a standard CA NAA lease with RUBS included for billing the water and sewer, as well as requiring tenants to have their own renters insurance, as that is not something they are currently required. 

I've heard that oversizing the AC can lead to humidity issues due to short cooling cycles.

I checked in with some of my clients who I had referred to S4RE (the company that was sold) to ask about how Poplar was doing.

Not sure how far away they are from Houston.
