NOLO Press publishes books on the subject and has a very good website, so you can be better prepared when dealing with legal and accounting professionals.

I recently talk to an attorney regarding subject-to and he told me he cannot do a quick deal.

Hello Account Closed, I find that Miami Gardens, North Miami and North Miami Beach are hot markets right now for investments.
