I have already had experience in analyzing house flips so I'm confident in my skill set there, but how should I expect mobile house flips to differ from normal house flips when it comes to ANALYZING the deal Any help is very much appreciated!!

What are your experiences with both?

- Total 6 yrs  i.e 4 yrs (75% was rental and 25% primary) + 2yrs (100% primary)- $300k capital gain / 6yrs is the net gain per yr - $200K for 4 rental yrs + $100k for 2 primary yrs- So $150k (75% of $200k) is taxable and the remaining $50K (i.e 25 % primary) + $100K (2 yrs 100% primary) i.e $150k in total will be tax-free?

I have had experiences with a lot of different bridge lenders.

Any bank and Olander is going to ask you information about yourself and investment experience.

There's tons of turnkey properties, but beware you're paying for the "hassle-free" up front with no guarantees there won't be a hassle.

Are there alternative ways to do this that are more hands free for me but still effective? 

Experience is the one really your broker needs to attest to.
