I found a company online that will actually create a font for typing letters up that is your hand writing.

And this also allows you to do an interest only loan if you chose too, I think hands down that for a property investor a mortgage line of credit is the best thing going.

If things get out of hand budget wise, you just keep living there.

I usually hand my property to professionals.Any advise would be helpful.Do I wait til I staged it?
