IM PAYING FOR A BACHELORS AND MASTERS DEGREES.

Thanks @Steve Vaughan  I try to put my college degree (a B.S. in BS) to good use as often as I can.  

Sure you won't make as much per deal, but you also don't have the same degree of risk, such as a falling market which is starting to happen now in the GTA.  

It seems like one of the major issues (people moving in from out-of-state) is starting to affect the Colorado Springs market, but to a lesser degree than Denver.You do, however, have more and more people working in Denver but commuting from Monument/North Colorado Springs.

Hello All,I just graduated with an accounting degree and I' am searching for my first job.

All these jobs are high paying jobs most of which do not require a college degree.

I have little debt from my first year of college, but it will continue to grow, which will slow down my investing potential.To sum it up: Should I postpone my degree in order to begin my investment journey?

Now don't get me wrong, I couldn't care less where the money is coming from (to a degree), but I do know that there are a lot of scams running around.

I ended up deciding on this area based on a strong desire to enroll in a specific degree program there (Telecom), and appreciation for the quality of life.

Once I graduated I had a business degree and knew exactly how to build a house.
