Does anyone have any good books, articles, websites, podcasts to recommend to me that relate to systemizing a real estate business?

Generally the lead generations strategies are the same for both. 

Website, social media, craigslist ads, phone scripts for buyers and sellers, buyer and seller questionnaires, and started to sign up for re meetings.

I have had nothing but problems with applicants trying to apply and get screened.I don't particularly care about the auction aspect but it would be nice to have a modern website for applications to submit documentation and tenants to pay rent and sign leases.Anyone happen to know of any service like that?

As I stated earlier I’m just starting out but any deals that I get I will post them on my website.

I have my property listed on websites and have received applications (with background/credit checks), along with many requests to view the property.
