@Chris Tracy, welcome and wanted to reach out as I buy 100 to 400 unit deals.I will tell you up front that jumping into big apartment deals can be a bit frustrating. 

But a bit frustrating for sure to see this going on when there are so many people here (myself included) who are trying to do good and add value to others.

Now in fixing the back door she calls me about bed bugs and how the people downstairs brought them.I finally said, "seems like you are unhappy here and you can move out" she did not say much to that but I'm frustrated .

First, you or your tenant are more likely to get confused by the schedule and forget an increase, creating additional work or frustration to get it corrected.

we had plenty of those agents, we also been fired by them, very frustrating, they take offers very personally or they just don't want to bother for such low commission, or they claim that we are ruining their relationships with other agents.....rediculously stupid, i know.find another agent and put in your offer.
