Can someone help me log into RentRedi without paying the subscription since we suppose to get it free with the Pro level membership in Bigger Pockets?

They do have an upREIT feature where you exchange your NNN into the portfolio tax-free, they are a bit selective.

The house is paid off free and clear, but we have no intention of selling it; we want to keep it in the family and turn the lot into a vacation home, Airbnb, or even a rental.
