The market’s picking up speed, with plenty of opportunities to find a great deal or get a good price for your place.

I can see potential in all of those markets but I could imagine Corpus Christi may be the easiest market to find a deal in out of those.

I spent a lot of time to find the locks and now need manufacture to come out to install the lock5.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
