Anyone has any recommendation for a CPA who is expert in Self Directed LLC to help file CA 568?

If you don't intend to live in the property and have all the time and patience short sales take... as well as a realtor who's quick to file bids and won't mind waiting a bit for his/her commission, that might be another option.  

With this flip underway, though, I'm really hoping an accountant with experience working with investors can help me uncover some new tax savings.Beyond just filing my taxes - and more importantly in the end - I'd like to find an accountant I can confidently work with on all my future investments.

I'm a part time investor and bought house number three in June and I've been working towards creating a solid financial picture for banks to get traditional financing for a fourth buy and hold deal: paying down debt, saving six months reserves, filing taxes to show rental income to lower DTI,  and rehabbing (Higher HELOC appraisal)  It's been pretty quiet on my real estate front and I've been wondering if I should be more active trying to acquire house four through creative financing, or mailing yellow letters?

You'd have to file a job application for the scope of work, pull a permit, get it inspected by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and signed off.
