Kevin, I don’t know of too many places where the STR revenues are equal to the LTR.  

A potential problem is that they are not equal in size, 3 are 650-750 sqft but the unit that leases for $1k is 1,450 sqft.

I'm of the belief that more and more tech employees are going to keep working from home so location isn't very important.  

They are not all created equal.

The equality of opportunity is also much better.

In my market the more expensive the property, usually equals less/no cash-flow.

Less cashflow combined with debt payments or other forced payouts equal need to sell.

It is fairly common for higher risk to equal higher security deposit.
