I’m looking at a couple of properties now and prices sites like Zellow and Redfin keep sending me emails with price reductions.

Not the landlord's fault but imagine how stigmatized the property becomes.

Imagine a widow testifying before the Texas legislature on how she lost her baby because an asshat landlord refused to timely fix the HVAC system. 

I would imagine they have gone up quite a bit with the village expanding and updated along with large apartment and living complexes being built. 

I imagine finding the range for what the going rent would be is, in theory, easier - but would that information be enough for a lender in terms of qualifying that income against the debt for qualification purposes?

I create a spreadsheet of properties I think are good deals and sometimes we offer on them sometimes we don't...but whenever the properties do sell then I save them and when they get flipped and relisted then I get an email alert.
